WELCOME TO AWAKEN GAIA

Since 1990, I have been offering healing work to my community by way of a variety of contexts and settings. On the navigational bar to your left you will find descriptions and discussions of my work with individuals (including children), couples and groups. Also note that I have a seasonal newsletter, Walking the Labyrinth.

If you are seeking an avenue toward greater self connectedness and awareness or are looking for professional or personal growth in a group context, you will note that I offer:

• One-on-one sessions with individuals struggling with body awareness, anxiety, emotional expression, depression, trauma recovery, sexuality, being a parent, confusion, grief, feelings of disconnection or other issues

• Couples work for those who want to build better communication skills, move through a difficult period in the relationship, or simply want to deepen and enliven their relationship

• Group work-Enhancing awareness through movement (Authentic Movement), inspirational speaking, ceremony and ritual, mindfulness meditation sitting practice

• Individual sessions with children with special needs addressing their body awareness, communication and trauma recovery needs through the context of movement and other body play
